NO EXCUSES
Too tired. No time. Gym memberships are too expensive. These are all excuses I've heard as to why people do not work out. Getting motivated can be the hardest part to working out but thats what I am here for. I am here to get people motivated and to help them accomplish fitness goals. Being a Beachbody coach has taught me that you do not need to buy an expensive gym membership to get fit. At home workout programs do the job, as long as you are willing to put forth the effort. Have you ever heard the expression "use it or lose it"? It's true! If you don't use your body, you will surely lose it. Your muscles will become flabby and weak. Your heart and lungs won't function efficiently. And your joints will be stiff and easily injured. Inactivity is as much of a health risk as smoking!
